Where can I get help for mental health problems?

As part of our Mental Health First Aid courses, we help learners to understand where to signpost people too so that they can get the help they need.


Your GP is a great first port of call for many people having mental health challenges. Below, is a list of charities and services that could also be helpful.

Rapid Response Service

The rapid response service is the Humber NHS Foundation Trust referral, assessment and treatment service for people who are experiencing a severe and complex mental health issue.


East Riding Emotional Wellbeing Service
