Download our free risk assessment template to use in your own business.  By law, risk assessment needs to be carried out for all reasonably foreseeable hazards in your business. When you have 5+ staff, this risk assessment needs to be written down.

This form will help you capture the hazards, who may be harmed and how, what your existing safety controls are, and what others need implementing. It is recommended that a risk assessment should be regularly reviewed and reviewed when circumstances change.
